About the Role

This role is part of the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, acting as the firm’s "central nervous system" to build scalable infrastructure and data-backed frameworks. It ensures strategic choices and unique brand differentiating experiences are translated into repeatable, optimized market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core logistical elements of premier events, including venue research, onsite coordination, and transportation management.
  • Build and manage event registration sites and lead attendee communication execution.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for event tools (Cvent), ensuring accurate data entry and workflow functionality.
  • Coordinate the production and shipping of brand collateral, signage, and premium gifts for events and sponsorships.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for tactical vendors (A/V, printers, shipping).
  • Provide on-site support for premier events, managing registration desks, room setups, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Ensure clean entry of attendee data into CRM and event platforms.
  • Manage the administrative side of the contract process, ensuring agreements are routed for signature and filed.
  • Oversee the inventory of premium event assets, ensuring items are maintained and available for global activations.
  • Support budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and feedback gathering for post-event readouts.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation.
  • Availability to work overtime as required.
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in marketing or business development, preferably with an emphasis on strategy, transformation, or growth functions.
  • Professional services industry experience and/or B2B marketing experience.
  • CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience.
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and onsite delivery.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
