About the Role

This unique opportunity allows an experienced strategy consultant to play a foundational role in building and shaping our growing India team while continuing to work on high-impact, global consulting engagements. The role involves an initial six-month period in the US (Boston or Chicago) for client delivery, onboarding, and knowledge transfer, followed by a permanent transition to Bangalore, India. The individual will strengthen and expand the Life Sciences practice by providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Support client delivery during the initial six-month period in the US.
  • Complete onboarding and knowledge transfer during the initial six-month period.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across the global organization.
  • Help strengthen and expand the Life Sciences practice in India.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a growing team in India.
  • Work in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types.
  • Build industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements, including developing presentations and creating financial models.
  • Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Participate in client interactions, meetings, and workshops.
  • Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance consulting and business acumen.
  • Leverage strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience.
  • Must be an Indian passport holder currently living in the US.
  • Must be considering relocating to India within the next year.
  • Strong interest in working with global Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
  • Interested in an international consulting career with long-term growth in India.
  • Fluency in English is required for client-facing communication, stakeholder engagement, and global project delivery.
  • Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, including defining actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts paired with relevant work experience.
  • Record of accomplishment of managing multiple projects, including work plans and deliverables.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • Inclusive and empathetic team member.
  • Has had some supervisory experience in mentoring and coaching others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
