About the Role
Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Sales Supervisor to work with the Grand Central store team. This role focuses on motivating and developing the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Motivate, coach, and develop store teams to exceed KPIs, sales targets, and results.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including team support, deployment, training, handling communications, cash handling, security, and opening/closing procedures.
- Initiate actions to improve the selling skills of the team.
- Deliver and drive the team to meet CT's customer service expectations through expert product knowledge and staying updated on ranges and promotions.
- Utilize and encourage colleagues to use all store, business, and staff training tools, including commercial reports, VM directives, and standards to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is essential, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Previous retail leadership experience is required.
- Must have work authorization to work in person within the United States.
