About the Role

The Food & Drink Journalist intern will cover all beers, wines, spirits, and food-related content as it aligns with and relates to The Ambony’s vision concerning our target demographic.

Responsibilities

• A monthly column presenting various foods and recipes.
• A monthly column presenting various alcoholic drinks and cocktail recipes.
• A monthly column presenting various culinary experts.
• Write occasional restaurant reviews.

Requirements

• The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about beer, wine & spirits-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
• The candidate must possess an aptitude/interest in writing about food-related content as it relates to our target demographic.
• Must be a connoisseur of fine food and drinks.
• Focus on years, regions, and food pairings for drinks.
• Focus on authenticity and quality for food, not name brands and Instagram foods.
