About the Role
Landor is seeking a Designer to join our Chicago studio. We are world-leading brand experts, making brands more valuable and less vulnerable by strategically joining design, experience, governance, and measurement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable storytelling and evolve presentation techniques.
- Demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking to create ideas.
- Assist in developing and evaluating competitive design strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with peers, design counterparts, and partner groups to ensure project design continuity.
Requirements
- A brand-focused Designer.
- 5+ years of experience working across brand, design, and packaging design environments.
- Experience building brands from scratch or as a brand refresh.
- Ability to identify and deliver exceptional creative design.
- Strong skillset in packaging design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Current design trend knowledge and skills.
- Familiarity with new media technology/software.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with team members.
- Passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems.
- Evidence of creative solutions that support project goals.
- A comprehensive portfolio.
