About the Role
TauRx Therapeutics is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by neurodegenerative diseases. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to support our research into treatments for Alzheimer's disease. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy of our vital data and is a fully remote position with flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Conduct regular reviews and verification of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information related to clinical research with discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.
- Organize and manage digital files and documents systematically.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, reporting discrepancies to the relevant team members.
- Assist with report generation and data retrieval for internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all company data integrity and security protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or research environment is advantageous but not essential.
