About the Role

Viral Nation is seeking a Paralegal to join their growing team. This role offers exposure to diverse legal areas including digital media, marketing, advertising, IT, IP, privacy, and media law. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, flexible, and fluent in legal terminology, supporting the team in contract review, drafting, and other legal tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret vendor, talent, and other business contracts and agreements
• Manage new contract templates
• Draft new contracts
• Report directly to In-House Counsel
• Research and advise on various matters including new market launches, legal operations, and general commercial/legal/operations support
• Keep all contracts and documents secure and confidential

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal
• Solid understanding of Business, Insurance, Contract and Corporate Law
• Familiarity with various areas of law including digital media, information technology law, privacy law, sales and advertising law and/or defamation law
• An inquisitive and proactive attitude with sound judgment
• Ability to identify liabilities and contemplate independently with sensible reasoning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Salary/Compensations

• $65,000 to $75,000
