About the Role
Join our team to advise clients on international employee assignments within Tax – Global Employer Services. We support globally active companies in all relevant matters, contributing to their worldwide success.
Responsibilities
- Manage German payroll for international employees of global companies, including tax and social security audits.
- Process payroll, review tax, and social security regulations for compensation components and international aspects.
- Ensure smooth processes considering time and cost, and manage daily tasks independently.
- Advise clients on payroll and wage tax issues.
- Collaborate with international Deloitte offices to ensure optimal global client consulting.
- Utilize modern AI tools to support daily tasks, identify new AI use cases, and develop existing work methods.
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, m/f/d).
- Professional experience in payroll processing, with familiarity in wage tax and social security law.
- Experience with various payroll software solutions (preferably DATEV LODAS) and MS Office skills.
- Interest in working in an international environment and team.
- Structured, analytical approach to work, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
