About the Role
Consultants in this role advise CFOs and top management in various corporate functions, developing tailored solutions for digitalization, ESG reporting, regulatory requirements, and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on holistic corporate planning and control within the context of digital performance management.
- Contribute to sustainable process optimization and increased profitability.
- Develop diverse solutions, such as integrated sales, production, HR, and financial planning.
- Prepare the basis for simulations.
- Design automated forecasts based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence using innovative tools and methods.
- Independently manage work packages in agile projects.
- Support proposal preparation, business development, and marketing.
- Take on progressive leadership tasks in projects.
- Communicate with the client's top management.
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology) or equivalent.
- Technical expertise in Controlling and/or other domains within and outside the finance function.
- Practical experience (studies, training, or internships) in developing business solutions in Excel or with a modern cloud solution (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, or similar tools).
- Affinity for numbers.
- Confident use of MS Office.
- Willingness to engage in challenging projects.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
