About the Role
Ensure the financial integrity of leading financial services companies by providing holistic solutions for accounting, compliance, and risk management. Identify risks through the analysis of complex business structures and develop innovative approaches in the audit context.
Responsibilities
- Support clients as part of the team in diverse projects, working with leading banks, insurance companies, or investment funds in the real asset and securities sector.
- Gain deep insights into the processes of banks, asset management companies, or insurance companies.
- Perform audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, as well as securities and custody audits.
- Work in project-based teams for clients, actively participating in project planning and organization.
- Take on responsibility from the beginning.
- Contribute to the expansion of the product and service portfolio.
- Participate in the (further) development of intelligent audit tools.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with colleagues from Consulting, Financial Advisory, and Tax & Legal.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent with a focus on auditing/accounting, internal audit, taxes, controlling, insurance business administration, IT, digitalization, banking and capital market law, or banking/credit industry.
- Ideally, initial experience, e.g., through internships or vocational training, in the banking, insurance, or investment fund sector in the real asset and securities sector.
- Good knowledge of national and international accounting standards.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Desire to solve complex challenges.
- High communication skills and strong team spirit.
