About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Commercial Products to lead the product strategy and execution for our proprietary technology platforms. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Commercial Technology Services, you will be responsible for building and managing multiple teams of Product Managers. Your primary focus will be on delivering cutting-edge, data- and AI-driven software products that serve, enable, and accelerate our internal Colliers Sales and Services professionals powering a massive leap forward in how we leverage data to establish engaging, digital-first experiences for our global clients and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and AI-first roadmap for commercial technology services, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale multiple Product Management teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration between Data, AI, and Software Engineering.
  • Lead strategic prioritization and lifecycle management of the commercial product portfolio using the FED framework, ensuring a balanced delivery model.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of proprietary platforms designed to enhance workflow, insights, and client engagement for Sales and Services professionals.
  • Lead the shift to an AI-first product model, identifying opportunities for intelligence, automation, and agentic workflows to reshape user experience and commercial value.
  • Leverage cloud ecosystems and enterprise AI (e.g., Google Cloud, Gemini, predictive analytics, LLMs) to build scalable, secure, and data-rich products.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders to identify pain points, capture requirements, and drive user adoption of new internal and client-facing products.
  • Establish clear KPIs and product telemetry to measure success, adoption, and ROI, using data to inform future investments and adapt strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Product, or CPO) managing multiple product teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of productizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or advanced data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of building and launching enterprise-grade, proprietary B2B software products.
  • Experience in PropTech, Commercial Real Estate, or Financial Services is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical background with a distinct preference for candidates experienced in building products leveraging Google technology ecosystems.
  • Exceptional ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing product management teams in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
