About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will become the hub of communication for our residential salesforce of over ten team members. Each day, you will make between 150 to 200 outbound confirmation calls to ensure residential sales appointments are on track, receive inbound calls from potential clients and direct them or schedule their appointments, and manage the sales team's busy calendar. You will quickly establish rapport with new clients, validate their contact and home information in our CRM, and distribute confirmation texts and emails to keep everything running smoothly. Your professionalism and dedication will help create a positive experience for every client, and you'll enjoy the camaraderie and support of a company that values your growth and ambition.

Responsibilities

Make between 150 to 200 outbound confirmation calls daily.
Receive inbound calls from potential clients, direct them, or schedule appointments.
Manage the sales team's calendar.
Establish rapport with new clients.
Validate client contact and home information in the CRM.
Distribute confirmation texts and emails.

Requirements

Call center or customer service experience.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
Willingness to be mentored and eagerness to learn.
Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
1+ year(s) of customer service experience (preferred).
1+ year(s) of appointment-setting experience (preferred).
