About the Role

We're looking for an Assembly Technician to build robots that are showing up on factory floors across the country. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor and engineering team to assemble precision robotic systems to spec — doing the hands-on work that turns parts into a finished product. This is a role for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate assembly work, catches issues before they become problems, and shows up every shift ready to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble production robots and components according to specifications and work instructions
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process and report issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment in accordance with company and industry standards
  • Manage material handling and distribution to workstations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a mass production or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ year of hands-on assembly, maintenance/repair, or tool experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can flag issues quickly and work well within a team
  • Able to prioritize and stay focused when things are moving fast

Salary/Compensations

  • $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
