About the Role

As a Safety Monitor Supervisor with HELP USA, you will oversee Safety Monitors at your assigned location. You will ensure residents' safety, make them feel welcome, and set a positive tone for their stay. This role requires alertness, vigilance, and courtesy towards residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Safety Monitors and Assistant Supervisors on duty to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of training sessions for the Safety Team.
  • Ensure minimum daily staff coverage.
  • Document individual staff problems as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary administrative reports on time, including Incident Reports and Electronic Patrol Reports.

Requirements

  • New York State Security Guard License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills.
  • Experience or ability to work with people experiencing homelessness.
  • Experience supervising staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft applications.

Salary/Compensations

  • Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
