About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations in a casino's Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for coaching your team, solving problems, connecting with guests, and ensuring high standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, schedule, coach, and develop Food & Beverage associates
  • Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations during your assigned shift
  • Monitor staffing levels and respond to call-ins and scheduling challenges
  • Maintain inventory and par levels while minimizing waste and excess
  • Be a visible presence on the floor during peak periods
  • Build genuine guest relationships and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure food quality, service, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Support hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, promotions, and other supervisory responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Company Policies, Procedures, and Gaming Regulations
  • Step into any role necessary to keep the operation running at its best

Requirements

  • Proven restaurant or Food & Beverage supervisory experience
  • Strong people-management and team-building skills
  • Kitchen supervisory experience and a passion for operational excellence
  • Experience with training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and associate relations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and par levels
  • A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards
  • Ability to confidently handle guest concerns and turn challenges into positive experiences
  • Knowledge of New York State alcohol regulations and Commercial Gaming Regulations
  • A hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to jump in and work alongside your team when business gets busy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting/moving items as required
