About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Team
- Compose confidential correspondence, reports, memoranda, and related documents
- Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgement
- Answer and direct internal and external calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings. Make the necessary arrangements for meetings. Take meeting minutes, as required
- Compile and analyze basic information and prepare statistical data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare presentation materials
- Create charts, graphs, tables, graphics, etc.
- Maintain department supply and equipment inventory
- Perform research for special projects, as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years' administrative or secretarial experience required.
- Typing 50 wpm and/or data entry skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point),required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
