Requirements

  • Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
  • Provide 2 supervisory references.
  • Provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
  • Provide proof of being negative for TB.
  • New hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against certain illnesses, such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, or seasonal influenza.
