About the Role
Join the Caro-Northrup team as a Sales & Service Associate in Oneida, NY, where you'll help protect what matters most to our clients. Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, and life policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Requirements
- Active New York Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
