About the Role
Clear Security is seeking a security professional to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff in Berlin and Brandenburg. This role involves being a point of contact for security concerns, enforcing regulations, and intervening in conflict or dangerous situations. The position operates exclusively during daytime shifts, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and pleasant environment through visible presence.
- Contribute to the safety of clients and employees.
- Serve as a contact person for clients and employees regarding security matters.
- Monitor compliance with security and house rules and act appropriately in case of deviations.
- Intervene in conflict or dangerous situations as needed.
- Document incidents carefully and comprehensibly.
Requirements
- Security certification according to §34a GewO.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- First Aid certificate desirable.
- Fire safety assistant certificate desirable.
- Extended police clearance certificate without entries.
- Foreign language skills are an advantage.
