About the Role
As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
