About the Role
The Superintelligence Technical Success Engineer is responsible for taking signed deployments from contract to a live, fully operational production environment. This role requires strong technical acumen to validate builds, identify gaps, and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure requirements are met. You will work closely with the account team to understand and address customer needs throughout the deployment process.
Responsibilities
- Take signed deployments from contract to live, working production environments, validating configuration, connectivity, storage, and compute against promises.
- Provide technical depth in validation and troubleshooting, asking pertinent questions, identifying gaps, and collaborating with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams to address technical dependencies and overcome blockers.
- Maintain an accurate technical overview of the deployment, including what is built, what is pending, and what is at risk.
- Provide clear and regular status updates to stakeholders, including RAG status, top risks, and mitigation plans.
- Guide customers through onboarding to their first successful production workload.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during deployment and early production phases.
- Contribute to reusable runbooks, checklists, or automation by documenting recurring technical patterns.
- Transition the customer to a stable and self-sufficient state, keeping the broader account team informed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with GPU/HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems.
- Ability to act as the technical authority, validate builds, identify gaps, and hold engineering teams accountable for resolutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a willingness to address networking, storage, or compute issues.
- Proven ability to coordinate across engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve technical dependencies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for status updates and technical documentation.
- Proactive approach to taking ownership and driving tasks forward.
