About the Role
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure. Join our Legal team as a generalist intern to gain hands-on in-house experience in Commercial and Corporate matters, supporting commercial agreements and corporate transactions while modernizing contract review and management processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and validate an NDA and vendor-agreement triage playbook with clear classification criteria and escalation paths.
- Build and annotate a clause and template library reflecting standard and fallback contract positions.
- Use AI tools to build and test an intake workflow that produces first-pass issue-spot summaries for counsel review.
- Draft a library of response templates for routine counterparty negotiation asks.
- Assist with onboarding the company on a new contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred).
- Completed contracts coursework.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, or eager to learn them.
- Ability to work at least 1 day per week in our San Francisco office.
