About the Role

Provide expert business and technical analysis to support Global Security initiatives, translating complex security requirements into actionable technical solutions. Act as a liaison between security teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to drive secure and efficient business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying security risks and improvement opportunities
  • Gather, document, and prioritize technical and non-technical requirements for security projects
  • Develop detailed process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for security solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and implement secure systems and applications
  • Perform gap analysis between current and desired security states, recommending remediation strategies
  • Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Create and maintain security-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote security awareness and best practices

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT or security projects
  • Proven expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and audit processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
