About the Role
Provide excellent customer service, handle complex CSR duties with independent judgment, and manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures. Drive a positive customer experience by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks.
Responsibilities
- Deepen customer relationships by listening to needs and guiding them to appropriate financial solutions.
- Provide follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain open and clear communication with customers.
- Ensure customer business confidentiality.
- Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
- Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager on monthly cash counts.
- Partner with the Financial Center Manager to gather and report monthly FCA requests.
- Perform daily office responsibilities to ensure efficient operation.
- Maintain a balancing record in line with policy, identifying and correcting outages.
- Stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making according to established guidelines.
- Assist in training newly hired Customer Service Representatives.
- Identify customer needs during interactions and outreach, referring them to Bankers and business partners.
- Maintain knowledge of retail products and services.
- Utilize appropriate tools for tracking referrals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Extensive cash handling experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with the public and adhere to dress code guidelines.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
- Act as a leader and resource for customers and the platform team.
