About the Role

Work across the marketing technology stack to support and assist with smooth deployments, operations, and optimizations. Lead quality assurance for multi- and omni- channel campaigns and troubleshooting for internal users.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Technology team in defining the marketing technology strategy.
  • Assist in the definition of goals and targets to accelerate commercial success using marketing technology solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to help keep the martech stack at industry standard.
  • Support development of business cases for platform investments and timing for implementation, including integrations.
  • Partner with Marketing Project team to manage martech subscriptions and passwords.
  • Administer user access roles and permissions across a variety of platforms and subscriptions.
  • Implement standards for QR codes and short-link generation.
  • Support Marketing Technology team in ensuring compliance with data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Administer standards for taxonomy and metadata, including tagging, tracking, and UTM parameters.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for new and existing users across various platforms.
  • Develop how-to guides and best practices.
  • Assist in updating policies as needed.
  • Partner across MarComm team to plan and execute platform deployments, configurations, integrations, and major upgrades and releases.
  • Support product owners as needed to accelerate the delivery of time-sensitive and/or complex priorities.
  • Support the ongoing operation of tools and subscriptions across the martech stack.
  • Ensure clean data flows across platforms as designed.
  • Lead QA for multi and/or omni-channel campaigns, including pre-launch reviews and debugging.
  • Coordinate issue resolution as needed.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and serve as first-line support before issues are escalated.
  • Manage release notes and training materials as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate adoption and use of martech subscriptions to ensure they are valuable and usable.
  • Identify and recommend potential process improvements across the martech stack.
  • Monitor and analyze multi and/or omni-channel campaign performance.
  • Support and/or participate in reporting and insight delivery to partners in Sales, Portfolio, and MarComm to enable ongoing delivery against business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving logic.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of marketing technology platforms and subscriptions.
  • Familiarity with data structures, APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols.
  • Proficient in data governance and quality.
  • Strong documentation, template and process orientation.
  • Demonstrated support mindset.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Prior experience as a scrum master or project management an asset.
