About the Role
We are growing, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on Residential Technicians to join our team. This role is a great fit for university and college students, recent grads, or anyone looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be out in the field across the GTA, helping customers get connected while learning valuable technical and customer service skills along the way.
Responsibilities
- Install and activate internet, TV, and phone services in residential and commercial buildings
- Deliver a great customer experience — every interaction matters
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
- Educate customers on their services and equipment
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Represent Beanfield with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up and get the job done
- Customer-service mindset with great communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work and problem-solving
- Willingness to learn — no extensive experience required
- Valid G driver’s license
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
