About the Role
Join AWIN, a premier network of 23 luxury automobile dealerships and 3 collision centers in the Greater Toronto Area. Our AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with callers professionally, friendly, and efficiently.
- Minimize caller hold times.
- Take detailed messages, including caller's name, company, time, and message content.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties promptly.
- Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
- Prepare and update customer files.
- Obtain customer's written approval on all repair orders.
- Close repair orders.
- Wear personal protective equipment when entering the shop.
- Perform clerical, administrative, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Experience working in a Body Shop.
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and complete tasks.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
- Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex, and MS Office.
- Ability to speak clearly on the telephone and convey professionalism.
- Ability to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
- Passion, motivation, focus, and leadership skills.
