About the Role

Join ResProp Management at an exciting time as we take over the management of a new apartment community in South Austin. Play a key role in establishing a strong team, building resident relationships, and setting the tone for the community’s next chapter. We’re looking for someone motivated, hands-on, and excited by the opportunity to make an impact, focused on delivering an exceptional resident experience while driving community success.

Responsibilities

Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing updates, and responding to owner requests.
Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests promptly and taking appropriate action to resolve service issues.
Follow established procedures related to evictions, including proper notice, eviction proceedings, and court representation.
Organize and participate in daily huddles to discuss company virtues, business goals, wins, and teammate success stories.
Complete the budget strategy workbook and the first draft of the annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing information, accessing operational reports, and reviewing capital needs.
Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends impacting the property and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
Complete all required training to ensure knowledge of the role is current and in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

3 years in multifamily property management
3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams
Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s
Applicants will be required to pass a background check, credit check, and reference check prior to their first day to verify their employment eligibility.
