About the Role

Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. We are hiring ambitious, outgoing, and active individuals committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

Requirements

• No prior junk removal experience required
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 1 weekday + 1 weekend day every week
• DOT Medical Certification required for driving commercial vehicles
• Brown Belt
• Brown Steel-Toe Boots
• Navy BLUE work pants or shorts
