About the Role

Join ResProp Management at an exciting time as we take over the management of a new apartment community in South Austin. This role offers a great opportunity to play a key part in establishing a strong team, building resident relationships, and setting the tone for the community’s future. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual eager to make an impact by delivering an exceptional resident experience and driving community success.

Responsibilities

Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing sales, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments for an excellent resident move-in experience.
Understand property features and how they meet prospective resident needs.
Develop creative marketing strategies, including online posts, social media, and outreach, to increase property traffic.
Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-up with potential and current residents.
Utilize problem-solving skills and sound judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
Maintain accurate knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospective residents.
Build resident relationships through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail in preparing lease documents, resident files, applications, and bookkeeping.
Collaborate with teammates to plan and organize resident events.
Assist the Assistant Manager in collecting delinquent rents.
Perform daily visual inspections of the property (office, models, compactor, vacant units, curb appeal, amenities) for cleanliness and prepare models/vacant units.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and office.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements
