About the Role
The Content Insight Team works closely with Commissioning and Scheduling to deliver key insights and bring the voice of the audience to the heart of key decision making. The role will work primarily across Factual, News and Entertainment programmes, working closely with the Senior Insight Manager to help deliver key insights on our programmes, genres and channels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on programme performance.
- Collaborate with Content Data Analysts to automate performance dashboards and streamline reporting.
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships with the Commissioning Team to integrate audience insights into the creative lifecycle.
- Design and lead end-to-end research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Develop and analyse questionnaires to gather feedback on Content.
- Facilitate or commission focus groups for in-depth audience feedback.
- Translate complex data sets into compelling presentations for non-analytical stakeholders.
- Analyze market and cultural trends to ensure content relevance and innovation.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of ITV, BARB, First Party Data, Programmes and Viewers.
- Strong capability in analysing various data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Expertise in overseeing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Knowledge and experience of various research methodologies.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Aptitude for embracing change, automating processes, and modernising reporting.
