About the Role

The Maintenance Mechanic assists with maintaining agency apartments and facilities, performing cleaning, disinfection, trash removal, and minor repairs in masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with maintaining agency apartments and facilities as needed and directed by the Area Superintendent.
  • Performs cleaning, disinfection, and trash removal.
  • Conducts minor repairs in masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
  • Maintains residential building systems.
