About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help build the next chapter of Jukebox. This role is for someone obsessed with brands, deeply plugged into culture and how brands grow today, and energized by the opportunity to build a modern consumer brand. You will be a close creative and strategic partner to the Head of Jukebox, helping define the brand's future direction and strategy across positioning, campaigns, social media, creators, retail, and new growth opportunities. This is a broad, hands-on role with the opportunity to shape both the brand and the business as Jukebox scales.
Responsibilities
- Build the Brand – Help define Jukebox’s positioning, voice, creative world, and place in culture, with a strong point of view on what will make the brand distinctive and worth caring about.
- Create Ideas People Talk About – Develop campaigns, launches, partnerships, PR moments, and unexpected ideas that earn attention and build long-term brand love.
- Grow Community & Culture – Shape organic social and creator strategy, finding the people, conversations, trends, and opportunities that can turn consumers into a community.
- Bring Jukebox Everywhere – Translate the brand across DTC, retail, paid, PR, and new channels—making sure Jukebox feels unmistakably Jukebox wherever it shows up.
- Make It Happen – Take ideas from a brainstorm to something consumers actually experience, navigating budgets, timelines, partners, and cross-functional teams along the way.
- Find What’s Next – Stay curious about the market, culture, consumers, and emerging brands. Identify whitespace, challenge assumptions, and help determine where Jukebox should go next.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility on level for an exceptional person.
- Genuinely obsessed with brands—the person who notices a great campaign, new creator, emerging brand, or cultural shift before someone sends it in the group chat.
- Digital and social instincts are second nature. You understand how brands are built today across creators, communities, content, earned attention, and real-world experiences—not just traditional marketing channels.
- A creator as much as an operator. You generate ideas, have strong taste, and can turn a blank page into something people want to engage with.
- A builder at heart who thrives when the answer isn’t obvious, jumps into unfamiliar problems, and would rather create the playbook than follow one.
- Commercially minded enough to know that great brand building ultimately needs to grow the business—and comfortable making choices around budgets, priorities, and impact.
- High agency and low ego. Comfortable challenging the thinking in the room, changing your own mind when someone has a better idea, and doing what it takes to move the work forward.
- Excited by the chance to have real ownership and outsized impact on a brand still early enough to shape.
