About the Role

Four Hands is hiring a Lift Operator to support day shift warehouse operations. This role is key to maintaining inventory flow efficiency and accuracy, ensuring products are handled with care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse for safe and efficient material handling.
• Use RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment.
• Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report malfunctions or safety issues.
• Safely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Identify and process items on various paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of ladings.
• Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes.
• Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues.
• Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively.
• Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
