About the Role

Inizio Evoke Media is seeking an Associate Media Director with expertise in paid media, particularly within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector, to lead client engagements. This role involves planning and executing multi-channel, performance-based digital communications, providing strategic counsel to clients, and inspiring the media team to think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel/omni-channel performance-based, digital communications planning and buying.
• Partner with clients and provide important counsel.
• Understand client marketing challenges and empower the media team to think creatively.
• Inspire and develop the media team.
• Bear accountability for all team deliverables and work.
• Build and maintain processes for strategic, efficient, and integrated activation and department-wide collaboration.
• Assume specific account-oriented responsibilities if asked.
• Drive thought leadership, POVs, and craft presentations that ignite and innovate the business.
• Generate client confidence as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and deliver strategic presentations.
• Lead and nurture team inspirationally.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Outstanding team management experience.
• Oversight of all aspects of integrated media planning and activation.
• Staying current with industry best practices.
• Understanding the importance of basing all planning on consumer/user behaviors.
• Analytical skills to measure success and provide information to clients.
• Strategic and hands-on approach.
• Project management sensibility.
• Engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding media ideas and work.
• 5+ years of experience, leading teams, communicating.
• At least 3 years managerial experience overseeing a team of employees at a media or full-service ad agency.
• Multichannel media experience is a must, inclusive of digital and traditional/linear media forms.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or Medical Device.
• Understanding of “media strategy” and development of holistic media solutions.
• Comfortable working on clients who are very involved in the daily process as partners/collaborators.
• Comfortable with both client management responsibilities and team project management.
• Storyteller and presentation abilities.
• Must be comfortable thinking on one's feet.
