About the Role

This role will be a leader and influencer, driving significant impact by moving the firm's entire planning and forecasting capability to the platform. You will make a difference in advancing intelligent, data-driven planning capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Pigment platform, ensuring a scalable, reliable, and high-performing environment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, future-state technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain models, dashboards, workflows, and integrations that support enterprise-wide planning needs.
  • Continuously optimize system performance, usability, and scalability, driving increased adoption and efficiency across business teams.
  • Act as primary model and report builder, while teaching other team members these skills.
  • Partner with internal Data Engineering teams to ensure continuous bi-directional flow of Pigment data in and out of the firm’s Data Warehouse.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven use cases (e.g., forecasting enhancements, automation, insight generation) that improve decision-making speed and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities into planning processes to reduce manual effort and enable predictive insights.
  • Act as a thought partner in advancing intelligent, data-driven planning capabilities across the organization.
  • Apply deep expertise in EPM/CPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, or similar) to enhance enterprise planning capabilities.
  • Support planning use cases across FP&A, operations, and professional services environments.
  • Ensure planning models remain aligned with evolving business strategies, organizational complexity, and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of CPM/EPM experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Pigment experience in a current or recent role.
  • Proven track record in model building and system development (not solely leadership, sales, or client management).
  • Experience in implementations and/or post-implementation support, with a clear interest in transitioning to an ownership model.
  • Experience supporting enterprise planning use cases, ideally within professional services.
  • Experience applying or experimenting with AI within planning tools or EPM workflows.
  • Pigment certifications (in addition to hands-on expertise).
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently in a high-impact role.
