About the Role
This role is part of the modernization of the Group's sports betting platform, initially for the French market and with potential for international expansion. The transformation aims to sustainably improve the platform's functionality, performance, quality, delivery agility, and operational resilience, covering both frontend and backend.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project execution by building detailed schedules, milestones, and action plans, and tracking progress to ensure commitments are met.
- Coordinate contributors and dependencies by leading progress meetings, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring smooth information flow among stakeholders.
- Manage risks, budget, and deviations by maintaining up-to-date records of risks, decisions, alerts, and potential issues to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare governance and decision-making instances by producing reliable reporting and providing necessary visibility for decisions and project monitoring.
- Ensure quality of execution and transition to operations by organizing service implementation, handover to operations teams, closing documentation, and conducting lessons learned.
Requirements
- A Bac+5 degree and five to eight years of project management experience, corresponding to an experienced or senior level.
- Solid project management skills including planning, budget tracking, risk management, reporting, and governance.
- Good understanding of IT delivery and project lifecycle, as well as digital and application projects, production deployment, and service quality challenges.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in demanding contexts, ideally on international IT projects and in constrained environments.
- Rigorous and reliable organization, clear communication, commitment, and the ability to anticipate dependencies, schedule deviations, and risks related to the transition to operations.
