About the Role

T1 Energy is seeking an Executive Administrator to support its Engineering team. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a technical setting, ensuring complex teams remain organized, aligned, and productive. You will be integral to the success of engineers building impactful projects by preventing any details from being overlooked.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize and maintain engineering documentation, project trackers, reports, and team resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and budget tracking for the team.
  • Act as a communication hub, routing information, following up on action items, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Support the onboarding process for new engineering team members.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Admins on company-wide initiatives and events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the team's workflow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
