About the Role
As a Junior Consultant in Intelligent Asset Management, you will support clients in optimizing the entire lifecycle of their assets. You will gain exposure to various topics, including asset strategies, maintenance, reliability, and digital solutions like IoT, Predictive Maintenance, and SAP-based asset management systems.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in analyzing maintenance and asset management processes.
- Conduct maturity assessments and develop solutions with clients to improve asset performance, availability, and efficiency.
- Work on topics such as Predictive Maintenance, Asset Performance Management, IoT, Digital Twins, and modern EAM/APM platforms.
- Assist in the conception, implementation, and further development of digital solutions for clients.
- Create analyses, management presentations, and implementation concepts.
- Support workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Accompany companies in the introduction of new processes, systems, and working methods throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or theses in engineering, operations, production, energy, infrastructure, digitalization, or consulting.
- Analytical skills and interest in data-driven solutions and topics such as Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability, industrial processes, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with relevant tools, systems, or technologies such as SAP, asset management systems, data analysis, IoT, Predictive Maintenance, or digital platforms, or a willingness to learn these areas.
- Confident communication in German and English.
