About the Role

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Product Manager familiar with the EMEA market to establish and develop potential Key Accounts within the region. This role involves working with the sales team to grow account revenue and is based at our EMEA headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and business trends to develop tactics and programs for market share growth.
• Identify, prioritize, and address customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases.
• Provide new product training for customers and refine product specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
• Develop customer service relationships and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop the ecosystem and establish/maintain vendor supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of product management/promotion experience.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage customers directly.
• In-depth knowledge of server/storage/datacenter products.
• Strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities in the EU.
• Ability to be self-motivated towards achieving established goals.

• Solution knowledge in Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and develop complex relationships.
• Serve as a technical advisor providing market and technology trends.
