About the Role

As a 50|50 Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of the MLSE 50|50 program, engaging fans, driving ticket sales, and helping maximize funds raised during live events. You will represent MLSE Foundation with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a fan-first mindset across multiple venues and events.

Responsibilities

  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to every event and help create a great fan experience.
  • Connect with fans throughout the venue and introduce them to the MLSE 50|50.
  • Explain how the 50|50 works and the impact it has on youth and communities.
  • Sell 50|50 tickets using handheld mobile devices.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals while having fun along the way.
  • Work alongside a team of fellow Ambassadors, Team Leads, and Supervisors to help make each event a success.
  • Represent MLSE Foundation and the 50|50 program in a friendly, professional, and positive way.
  • Follow program guidelines and responsible gaming practices.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable striking up conversations with all kinds of fans.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm for a busy event environment.
  • Enjoy sports, live entertainment, and being part of a team.
  • Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations.
  • Reliable, positive, and ready to jump into the action.
  • Enjoy working on their feet and moving around throughout an event.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across MLSE venues.
  • Ability to commit to working approximately 80% of available events in a given month.
