About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Associate to join our Systematic Credit Operations Team at Ares. In this role, you will take responsibility for a broad range of tasks and will collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors and providers, as well as your colleagues within Operations. Alongside your broad range of Operations tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to best practice ideas, processes, and oversight within the Operations Team.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience of working on the sell side, or within asset management / a hedge fund
Familiarity with outsourced middle office processes and oversight
Strong communication skills
Project management experience is an advantage
Programming skills are an advantage

Experience Level

4-6 years of relevant experience (ideally in an Investment Banking team)
