About the Role

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, program, and perform maintenance on fire alarm systems in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Manage time effectively to complete service, inspection, and installation calls while maintaining high quality.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain necessary state licensing.
• Work safely according to company procedures, including driving, PPE, and lockout/tag-out.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
• Meet weekly service and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with the company to obtain local city listing agents.

Requirements

• Prior fire alarm inspection and service experience is required.
• Possess applicable fire alarm licenses.
• Ability to learn applicable installation, inspection, and servicing codes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
• MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
