About the Role

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Technician responsible for inspecting, selling, and servicing fire suppression components. This role involves meeting productivity goals, maintaining company equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment. Continued employment is contingent on obtaining required licensing and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage time to complete the maximum number of service calls while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Achieve weekly productivity goals assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain required licensing and certification.
• Protect and maintain company equipment.
• Work in a safe manner according to company safety procedures, including driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
• Maintain vehicle in accordance with company procedures, ensuring it is clean and organized.

Requirements

• Fire Extinguisher/Suppression experience is required.
• Ability to learn applicable inspection and servicing codes.
• Ability to learn and comprehend general electrical safety procedures.
• A valid driver's license and a current and sustainable good driving record.
• A strong work ethic and professional appearance.
• Excellent selling, communications, and customer service skills.
• Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
• MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
