About the Role
Lead the design process for key investment areas within our platform, moving from early-stage discovery and logic mapping to high-fidelity UI and rigorous developer handoff. This role requires a designer comfortable defining both the 'how it works' and the 'how it looks' for complex B2B workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for specific Specialty Travel workstreams from initial concept and user flows to final UI polish and developer-ready documentation.
- Translate intricate business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across web and mobile.
- Present complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative to influence partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate daily with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Use research and product analytics to validate design decisions and build a well-rounded vision.
- Work as part of a global team, facilitating design rituals and syncs that bridge time zones and cultures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, specifically within B2B, SaaS, or complex technical systems.
- Comfortable with deep hierarchies and power-user workflows.
- Portfolio demonstrating strength in both UX Architecture (logic, edge cases, user flows) and UI Design (layout, hierarchy, and interaction).
- Proficiency in Figma, utilizing auto-layout and components for organized, scalable files.
- Comfortable weaving AI tools into everyday design work, using generative and AI-assisted features within Figma, prototyping tools, and LLMs.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful work in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Understanding of web and mobile constraints and ability to communicate with developers.
- Iterative mindset with a focus on fast feedback cycles.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions and discuss product strategy.
- Excellent asynchronous communication skills for global collaboration.
- An added background in travel or a deep interest in travel is a significant plus.
