About the Role

Gibson Dunn is seeking a Legal Technology & AI Attorney for its Disputes Practice Group in London. This role focuses on applying AI and emerging technologies to legal practice, collaborating with various teams to develop and implement innovative tools and workflows for lawyers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to Disputes matters.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation solutions, and technology-enabled workflows.
  • Participate in technology pilots and assessments, including AI-driven research and document analysis.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and administrative teams to design practical, user-centred tools.
  • Lead training sessions for attorneys and staff on the use of knowledge systems and AI tools.
  • Capture feedback from lawyers and stakeholders for continuous improvement of KM products and technology adoption.
  • Support the enhancement of the Firm’s Disputes knowledge and work-product resources.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to analyse and refine Disputes work product against internal standards and evolving law.
  • Help build and maintain scalable precedent and knowledge infrastructure.
  • Serve as a trusted internal resource for Disputes lawyers, providing practical legal judgment and guidance.
