About the Role

Act as a collaborative and strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee for strategizing hotel goals, developing process improvements, ensuring staffing levels, coaching performance, and delivering heartfelt service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Talent Management initiatives, including attracting top talent and ensuring effective staffing strategies.
  • Champion the brand's culture and values to attract and retain top talent.
  • Identify educational institutions and attend career fairs to build a pipeline of hospitality professionals.
  • Create a seamless and inclusive onboarding process for new Team Members.
  • Develop a competitive compensation structure.
  • Support succession planning aligned with the Talent Management strategy.
  • Act as a Culture Creator by engaging with teams, fostering collaboration, and addressing concerns.
  • Champion an events calendar, recognition programs, and incentive programs to keep Team Members engaged.
  • Maintain communication with Team Members, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand.
  • Understand organizational culture using metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritize and lead Learning and Development initiatives, including Team Member training.
  • Develop Team Members' service skills and product delivery.
  • Utilize sound financial decision-making to ensure budgets are in place and adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory laws and stay proactive about upcoming labor statute changes.
  • Address employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in alignment with Auberge ENRICH values.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated history of building a winning team
  • Demonstrated HR leadership experience and capability
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong HRIS/HCM/Payroll system experience
