About the Role

EMPIRE is seeking a Director/VP, Enterprise Client Services for its downtown San Francisco office. This role will report to the EVP, Commercial Growth and is responsible for providing world-class service to partners, ensuring effective client communication, and executing campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for soon-to-close and existing partners of EMPIRE and our artists
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder and center of intelligence internally regarding all active programs
  • Develop clear roles and responsibilities for the department and for each program in production
  • Establish close working relationships with partners to anticipate expectations, identify new opportunities, and address potential issues
  • Lead the generation of deliverable packages, margin analysis calculators, media plans, and term sheets
  • Ensure EMPIRE operates a well-defined process for capturing program success metrics and maintaining a company-wide case study library
  • Manage relationships with outside production vendors if required for successful program activation
  • Participate in mid-to-long term strategy building of the department’s Enterprise Client Services division

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Client Services
  • 4+ years of experience as primary point of contact for partners
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Professional demeanor while working with Artists and their teams
  • Hyper-organized with a clear passion for process
  • Ability to speak music, talent, client, procurement & legal
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate
