- Manage advertising budgets responsibly, monitor pacing, and make data-informed decisions to improve return on ad spend and cost per qualified lead.
- Build clear performance reports that connect campaign activity to leads, pipeline, revenue, and client goals.
- Diagnose campaign performance issues and identify opportunities across targeting, messaging, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, technical, and content-gap research to guide SEO priorities.
- Partner with writers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to plan and produce useful, search-informed content.

- Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with audience needs, search opportunities, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Develop a growing conversion-rate optimization practice across Mile6 and client engagements.
- Plan and run A/B tests for landing-page copy, headlines, calls to action, forms, offers, page structures, and other conversion elements.
- Form clear testing hypotheses, define success metrics, document results, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create and improve high-performing landing pages and digital conversion experiences.
- Ensure analytics, advertising pixels, conversion events, and campaign tracking are implemented accurately.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand visitor behavior and identify friction throughout the lead journey.
- Work directly with clients to understand their businesses, audiences, sales processes, goals, and definitions of a qualified lead.
