About the Role
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking hard working, committed and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about the life sciences. Consultants are an integral part of project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. Consultants develop their skills through extensive training and mentorship, stretching their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the team for internal and external interactions.
- Conduct secondary research to inform hypotheses and findings.
- Support the team with therapeutic area and market dynamics knowledge.
- Conduct analyses involving sales value, volume, pricing, and other quantitative dimensions.
- Prepare the team for primary research interviews with KOLs, payers, and other knowledge authorities.
- Collate findings from primary research interviews for team review.
- Recruit relevant respondents for primary research programs.
- Conduct interviews with primary research respondents when appropriate.
- Develop PowerPoint slides representing key learnings from research and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in consulting or relevant life sciences industry areas.
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job.
